Road is in good shape but has some deep water bars / deactivation a so a high clearance vehicle is recommended.

CJ's comment remains accurate as of late August 2024. High clearance 4WD required. 20 waterbars (most easy but 4-5 are deep) and one slide section creates a brief side slope of about 20 degrees.
