The attached photo seems to be the previously mentioned washout at around 7.5km. The road up until that point was still passable.

Could one pass by bicycle? I am planning to bikepack thru Tulameen FSR to Lawless-Britton-Tulameen in July.

I think you can get through the washout on foot without too much trouble, so getting a bike across should be doable.
