Good 4x4 condition to the first waterbar at approximately 790m elevation (1.5km), we then scraped the hitch on a long box Tacoma a couple of times and then parked at the creek shown on the map at 830m elevation where the creek has made the waterbar quite deep. No issues with alder scraping the sides of the truck but there was some growing in the middle of the road.
The road is in good condition the first 2 km from Chance main, Although the alders are getting a little tight in some spots.
At about 2.5km it becomes increasingly steep, rough, and cross ditched. Still passable for another 1km but barely worth it.
