Road Bulletins
Made it up to the parking at the top in a Subaru Forrester with a 1 inch lift with some finesse, the hairpins are pretty rough and there’s some loose rockbeds on the traverses. A high clearance 4x4 vehicle will have no problem. Took me an hour from the Squamish Valley FSR to top.
First switchback is wet, loose and quite nasty. HC 4x4s will get past. Winter tires or chains recommended.
Drove all the way to the top (1300m) in a stock 4runner didn't use 4-low until the last few switch backs. Great views of Pyroclastic Peak.
