I hiked up via the Dewdney Grind trail. The road you linked should be in good condition as there is logging up there by Western Canadian Timber Products. The only irregular thing is that the "3N" road

doesn't exist for a short section nearest to the creek after the turnoff with "5N" (about 2.3km to 3.1km)
