We were on bikes, but the condition of this road was good throughout (not amazing like the main FSRs). Solid base and very smooth. Only gave a "somewhat degraded" rating due to it being a secondary road. A few small shallow "drainage redirects" on the road as you climbed. Only a few trees had fallen, but someone cleared them. From 7.9km, the road hairpinned (south), but we continued north. The road condition appeared fine heading up hairpin still. Not vehicle friendly beyond towards the pass - super grassed over, softer, deadfall, very old road... Picture is from the long traverse near top within my bulletin.
