I ran the trail from Norrish to Statlu Creek. Coming down from the pass, the trail is heavily overgrown with alders. So many alders. The trail surface is dirt, gravel and loose rocks. There are many, deep water bars requiring high clearance. The final descent down to Statlu Creek is heavily eroded with large, loose rocks us to 24”. It requires patience and a good line to get down with no issues. The last few hundred meters to Statlu Creek FSR is gravel and not overly degraded.
