The road is mostly dirt with some gravel and rocky sections. It is narrow in many places so expect heavy pinstriping. There are muddy sections and large mud holes up to 24 inches deep. There are off camber sections, rock steps and loose rocky slopes up and down. Widowmaker hill is no joke. It just gets steeper and steeper the higher you climb. At the steepest point there are rock ledges that kick you around. Stay right! The descent is long and steep and loose with many small steep off camber creek crossings. Gear down or brakes will overheat. The “exit” is steep and off camber and the dirt is very loose. EPIC trail!

Road in decent shape, no major cross ditches or washouts. Slightly rutted in certain areas. Steep climb coming from Bench Road. Got up to junction with MT4500 where it has a steep and tight climb up, did not attempt. Usually ppl come down this way after completing Thurston Loop.
