Some sections are steep and rocky, with loose, pointy volcanic rocks. Parts of the road are overgrown with thick brush, which will pinstripe your vehicle. I attempted to drive this road back to Squamish. Although it appears to connect in Gaia and should come out at the Powerhouse Road, I remembered midway through that the gate is usually locked at the Powerhouse, so I turned around.
Any 4x4 with high clearance will handle this road.
Snow started at 450 m, with about 5 to 10 cm at 600 m.
