Good condition from 12km down. That’s when the Sulfur Creek FSR officially starts. It’s just an off road (spur or branch) from the Bull that’s why it’s like that, and then from 12km to HYW 3 it’s Hartley Creek Road.
Road is rough and pot holey until about km 12 (just past the turnoff for Heiko's trail). Past that point it has been graded and well maintained all the way to the Bull River. Passable without 4WD.
Road sees heavy traffic, particularly on weekends and most users do not follow radio protocol.
