The portion of the road leading from the Finlay FSR through Manson Creek to the Germansen Lake FSR is named O.M.A.R. and is in decent condition.
The portion connecting to the Germansen Lake FSR (heading west) is flooded by a beaver dam, but there is a better connector road just before that which joins Germansen Lake FSR at the 4km mark.
The sign just said O.M.A.R. with no further details. Speculation that it's "Omineca Museum Access Road" (since it goes through Manson Creek, where the museum is) or an "Omineca Mine Access Road" but I'm not sure if there's a mine up there.
