I'm going to say this road is somewhat degraded, lots of potholes, windy with poor sight lines due to brush. I like to reserve the green "good condition" to normal high-speed logging roads. You can get through with a stock pickup in 2wd.
Came from Horsefly to Likely, road was buff with a few potholes only all the way through, fine for 2wd. Expected more in the way of views but was disappointed, road was almost annoyingly curvey, no sightlines so every corner required caution for oncoming traffic. Would be a great Rally course though....
