The first kilometre is in excellent condition. From 1 km to 3.5 km the road bed is smooth and ditch free, but expect heavy pin-striping from seriously encroaching alder. We turned around and parked around 3.5 km where there was a small creek crossing the road with a very minor washout. The road gets steeper and rockier after 3.5 km, but would be totally manageable in a truck with a bit of clearance. You can turn around and park around 3.8 km at a junction where the road essentially ends and the hiking trail starts.

Road is in good conditions to BR J101. It somewhat overgrown after, but driveable with moderate clearance if you don't mind some pin-stripping.
