Verified that the road is plowed to at least the 35 km mark, it may be plowed all the way through to Criss Creek and/or Red Lake. Good winter conditions, but definitely very hard packed ice so use caution. Industrial traffic on weekdays below 25 km.
Plowed in the winter by MOTI to the 21.5 km mark where the Watching Creek FSR turns off. Also being graded up to the Kamloops Snowmobile Association chalet at around the 30 km mark. No knowledge of past (further northwest) there.
