We biked through Little Elk Pass from Palliser-Albert rec (entered Cochran via obscured "Branch A", just beyond the first bridge in Cochran), and a large washout across the road has formed from a side creek. I've marked this as impassable to vehicles - but two wheelers (and quads?) can get through. I believe it was at this location, as we were travelling E-W, and it was shortly past the bridge, with a bend in the road soon after.
Hi there. You were able to pass through on Branch A?? There was a large avy debris close to where you would connect Branch A to little elk. I cut out a lot of blowdown coming from the Cochrane FSR. Hit one avy pile and was able to cut a go around but the second was massive. Maybe it’s been cleared. I was there 6 weeks ago
