This is now the "old" or "low" Germansen Lake FSR. A new road exists a bit further north that is in good condition (branching off of the existing Germansen Lake FSR).
The old lower road is rough in spots, with encroaching foliage and branches.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like this is the new road and the lower one is just south. I added in, what I believe is the old germansen road, here: https://backroadstatus.com/road/sra-66e9a26943bdfc313f16b1f9. Let me know if that's incorrect though!
