Minor water bars start on this road and alder is slightly growing inwards when driving it but very minor still. As you approach the washed road at the creek marked by the impasse some rocks have fallen on the road before the creek. 4x4 HC can make it close to the impasse, otherwise might just want to park at the lower fork and walk the 1km to the impasse. After the creek crossing road is walkable, and alder was under the snow but didn't look too thick. This road system got me to the top of Mount Downing in 1hr 35min with no alder, or bushwacking this time of year.
dirt biked 2.2km up until the obvious creek crossing where the road has completely blown out with deep sides. Too much work to try and muscle dirt bikes thru.
