Part of the initial portion of this road crosses unmarked and vacant private property. Drivable with standard SUV until small washout of culverts at 49.925954, -123.314618 (see photo). Washout requires high clearance vehicle. Entire rest of road is drivable with high clearance vehicle. No gates or downed trees. Bridges are in and crossable but check for soft decking boards before crossing. Good pullout at 49.925048, -123.313846 (see photo).

Beginning off Ashlu Main was a bit degraded, but no issues. Just slower. At 1 km marker, turned left at fork to stay on A-100. Starting to get overgrown, then looked like someone deliberately cut logs and blocked access. Could easily move them out of the way to pass, but I left it alone. Bridge after impasse seemed okay. No side rails. Road after seemed less used, but better condition.
