Road Bulletins
This road is called the "Windfall FSR". In the last year this road has changed from "Environmentally sensitive area, no mechanized vehicles allowed" to a seasonal closure. It is open July 1st to August 31st every year. You can only drive to 2.4 KM, where they completed the Soowa fire salvage harvesting. We biked to ~6 KM and then walked to ~8 KM. The road is very brushy and closed in for most of its length. Deadfall from the Soowa Fire is rampant as well. We persevered and climbed Overfold NW1 and Windfall Mountain from the 8 KM mark
