Loads of large potholes and becomes increasingly bushy beyond Khartoum Lake Rec Site, but no cross ditches or other significant obstacles until the end of Khartoum Lake.
Beyond the end of Khartoum there are some washouts, some sporadic holes and loads of bush. Could probably get a 4x4 to ~ 19.5 km without much trouble if you don't mind the bush (although be mindful of the holes).
Better suited for biking or an ATV until a major washout with large boulders (impassible by any vehicle) at ~ 7 km from end of Khartoum (not currently shown on this map).
The last ~ 2 kms to where the road ends before crossing Lois River (if heading to Diadem) is passable only on foot.

Good condition until Khartoom campground. somewhat degraded for the next 1km. Heavily degraded past here.
