Easy to park at first parking lot. Second lot was easy for most SUV’s, but main trailhead parking lot, high clearance is definitely needed. On weekends the last parking lot gets filled up quickly as there’s only room for 3-4 cars.
Not a driving report, but I wanted to note that snow line is right down to the road so is skiable. Road is covered in alders past the cayoosh cabin but I’d imagine it would be driveable in the summer until that point.

Note that gates, avalanches and snow lines should not qualify a road as impassible.
