[From Matt J] - Easy and smooth 4x4 to trailhead. Any seasoned mountain access driver could make it up here with 2wd. But 4x4 is nice as there are some rocks and steeper slopes. Great trail going along the ridge over Mt Porter and Iron Mountain. Million dollar views which we didn’t have as we were hiking today in full cloud with occasional rain.
