As described, the first 10km are really great, easy, fast driving. The middle-end sections, after the fork at ~11km, requires clearance. The tow bracket on my Subaru scraped a couple of times. Minimum 8-9 inches clearance + 4WD strongly recommended.
A Honda civic passed me going south around km 25, too fast for me to flag him down to warm him... not sure how he got thru unscathed
