49.54163° N, 120.98366° W The Costco sized lot. Truck blew the turbo so it was up to the daily on summer tires to get up here. No issues at all.

49.54185° N, 120.98429° W The bypass from the parking lot side. Should be able to manage in a dirtbike or ATV.
This road is actually in better condition than RCP50/51. Smoother, and less potholes. That is until a bridge appears to have been removed with a bypass for dirtbikes and ATVs. There is a Costco sized parking lot before the washout. If you're parking here to access the Gardner Trail this will add 2KM and 80M of easy road walking.
