Marked road was in excellent condition due to pipeline. Like a highway. I maxed out around 50 km/h due to being aired down. Zero potholes. However, there's an unmarked road that was on my map going south at 2.5 km. I was able to loop around Fig Lake thru the old burnt out forest. That road started out excellent, but became okayish with mud and puddles until it connected to MURRAY LAKE NMRT126. Some downed trees have been cleared. Something to be aware of.
