Partially washed out cross ditches and fallen boulders on the road. Drove all the way to the end with a stock Jeep Rubicon. A little more clearance would be ideal but still doable.
I only hiked this portion of the road after parking at the start. Massive cross ditches that simply weren't worth driving. There were a couple of gigantic cross ditches that I'd imagine are impassable for anything but an ATV towards the very end of the road. If you are planning to hike in this area I'd park at the end of EM1120 (1,400m) and just hike this last bit.
