Partway up it changes names to be the 2400. Goes another 5-6km.
Very Good condition. You could take a car up here. In a truck was able to go 60-80km/hr any dodge the occasional bumps easily.

From the 19km point on this map onwards is a decommisioned road, that while I suspect it is passable, as I found the other end of it around where the 35km mark would be on this map, at that point it is a very rough road for dedicated off road rigs or side by sides.
