I just walked this road. The road base is pretty loose, most likely due to being a popular dirt bike route, and just being an old road. Sections of alder from KM0.5-1.25. After KM2 the road vastly improves and opens up with a nice view. Most interesting was all the flagging I noticed along the road. It appears there may be new logging coming up this old road. It appeared to be fairly recent, and is definitely new since I was here last in January. I noticed this flagging from where I parked all the way up to 49.00154, -121.70219 where it seemed to stop. However, I was not able to find any information online about a new cutblock up this way.
