Presumably active logging up this spur. Foley Creek FSR was graded up to this point, and had a shut gate at the very beginning.

Added in a gate on the map, thanks for the report! If it appeared to be driveable then I'll change the status to good condition as there's some e-bike users on the site who can still take advantage
I didn't think of that, great point. I'll keep that in mind for next time.
