Road Bulletins
Yep the road was reactivated when they logged around the Sugar mountain trail so that impasse is no longer there (was previously a giant ditch).
I don’t know what that impasse is, it should be taken down. I was able to drive to 0.55 km, and then the road HEAVILY narrows for a short bit. Probably passable with motorbike or Quad, but too narrow for a gladiator rubicon.
