Road Bulletins
Coming from STULKAWHITS 01, this section definitely doesn't deserve the yellow status. It's a bit rough, but 2WD up to the blockade. Turning right from STULKAWHITS 01, it goes to a campground. Looks easy, but I didn't take a look to see how far it goes.
Note that kilometre markers appear to continue from STULKAWHITS 01
