Wapiti or Red Deer Creek FSR. The change is immediately after you leave the Ojay Rd; it is technically passable by any sort of vehicle at all, but infinitely potholed and r o u g h - the whole surface is a sort of horrible rocky conglomerate and you'll probably average about 20kph at best in anything not an ATV. Can be done, you'll wish you hadn't...until you get out into the valley around Km14-15 and the views smack you in the face.
