I only walked this road. Seems like it could possibly be driven, the road base was in decent shape but thick with alder, no room to turn around either. Didn't see the point in trying with the nice parking lot at the intersection with Nesakwatch FSR. The road becomes completely covered after where the Rexford trail turns up into the forest. Easy walking or biking before then.
