Not passable in any wheeled vehicle, and likely never was. This was a rudimentry skidder track, not a road, that I believe was punched in in the early 2000s (maybe earlier), and hasn't been used since. It is useful in spots as a walking path if hiking Pyramid Mountain however, though it varies between being easy to follow and very difficult to follow depending where you are. The sections that were burned by the fire are in many places becoming rapidly consumed by fast-growing foliage.
