We E-biked this road to the telecommunications tower equipment on the ridge. Note, there is no access to the fire lookout on Willoughby Ridge. A sign and wood obstruct the path south up to the lookout. Also, there is no OHV traffic allowed on this road, as a gate obstructs passage for them.
