Made it up to the major washout at 4km in a 2wd Toyota Matrix, hit my bumper on one of the waterbars near the beginning, but the waterbars past that are pretty shallow. Road is in pretty good condition and pretty much any AWD can make it up.

Washout at 1km is fixed but still rough. AWD with moderate clearance and careful driving in a Subaru. After this, road bed generally very good with some deep ish water bars but they are unmanageable going slow.

Gate open . Doesn’t seem like they are logging anytime soon. Road is now 4wd HC due to washouts at 0.5-1 km (a creek running on the road). Road won’t last long if nobody puts in any work on it.

Gate is open, but proceed at your own risk, the sign says “gate locked any time!” Good condition driving until the intersection with the old SK1200, no clearance needed. Beyond this, there’s a tight section with alders & a few ditches, but we saw a truck on the other side that had made it all the way to the washout (marked on the “Upper” section of this road)

Walked the road up to the Branch 112 due to the locked gate, but the road has been fixed up and is in pretty good condition. SUV-friendly, and the large rocks are gone. Haven't checked if the washout further up is gone but it wouldn't surprise me if it was.

No significant change. Loose, rough and steep with water bars. HC 4x4 like a Tacoma will get to the usual parking. ATVs can go even further as an ATV trail had been built to cross that massive slide path.

The road is in pretty rough shape with a few sections of large loose rocks and wash out. I was able to drive to ~4km where a major landslide prohibited any further access. Beyond that the road bed appears to be in good shape!
