For the south half, turning right after the Chehalis River bridge just above Chehalis lake: road is in pretty decent shape if you have 4x4. This makes a good approach to the Statlu Lake hike. Four water bars that aren't bad, and overgrown for the last 1 km to a parking area before a large water bar.

Ditch at 49.51133° N, 122.02433° W several more just like this one. You can see where I was scraping the hitch, and it was worse on the way out. Note though I have a really poor 19* departure angle.
Huge washout at 49.50854° N, 122.03002° W this washout appears to stretch all the way from here to the existing impasse marker further south.
This road is rough. I drove it north to south where I came across several steep and deep ditches and a massive washout at the end. Before the washout there is ample room to park at the intersection with Mystery Creek Branch 106A. If you plan to drive this road to shorten your access to the Statlu lake area like I was I'd recommend against this. Its a lot of extra driving on poor road to save just a couple easy kms.

One of many washed out waterbars
Impassable washout, without crazy 4x4 rig
Location of large washout
Deactivated. Lots of waterbars and some light deadfall. Road was impassable before the hairpin turn (see attached image)
