Road Bulletins
Road is in very good condition to 11.5km (No changes). After that, made it past 12km to a forested campsite with a Tesla Model Y. No Bottom out, just slow driving
Road is in good condition until the impasse at 16 km, no problem for any higher clearance vehicle to bypass it. Road is fine up to the Kenyon spur.
road is fine if with a few potholes till Salsbury, few rough sections from there to the deactivation & bypass at 16k
First few km were in good condition. After about 5-7km the road starts to get worse. Past Salsbury Lake there are plenty of large potholes and loose rocks. Parked my Subaru Forester at the impasse at 16km, but there is a bypass for high clearance vehicles.
Drivable up to at least the turnoff to Lease FSR in any SUV. Most amount of pot holes I've ever seen on this road.
[From Bobby Nogara & Rolando Taruc] - major impasse/deactivation at the 16km mark. Road was deliberately deactivated to prevent vehicles from reaching condemned bridge structures further up the road. This impasse currently has no bypass or work around.
Rough with lots of big pot-holes past Statlu's turn-off. Very slow going. Deactivation ditch at ~15.5 km was bypassible with 4x4, HC vehicles (Taco, 4Runner, Jeep only).
