Road Bulletins
We drove in an Xterra to 840m elevation where snow started on the road, so we parked and started walking. There were tracks going higher than where we turned off the road at 890m so if you so inclined you could probably drive further. There are a couple of rougher sections so taking a 2wd sedan up here is not a good idea.
Went up to recover someone stuck in the snow that exists beyond this point. Road is mostly good with a couple medium water bars, most crossovers should be fine to this point. Unsure beyond due to snow.
A logging company blocked the Cheekye FSR about 1km from the highway. There is a truck parked in the middle of the road with a gatekeeper. No access to Brohm Creek FSR, Brohm Ridge FSR, Cat Lake, etc. This was on a weekday, unsure if it is open on the weekends
This road has seen a big increase of summer traffic which has led to a bit rougher road surface than previous years, but still easily drivable in a low clearance. However 4wd recommended to help not damage the road further
We made it to ~1100m in a 2WD SUV. Moderate cross ditches and loose rock on steep sections. Significant mud on shoulders.
We saw more capable SUVs and trucks parked higher. With careful driving almost any SUV should be able to make it to ~1100m.
