Good spur. Final switchback or two have small bumps but doable in lower clearance still if you're careful. If wet maybe 2wd might struggle with traction?
We drove this road until we hit a snow patch at 910m or approx 3.7km on this map. Without snow can maybe drive to the 4.5km mark but road looked to be mangled after that under the snow. Honda CRV did fine although it's a steep road and it seemed hard on the transmission at times.
