Drivable a good way up (if you could get a car past the gate) and then bikeable till ~1.7km. You could get past this on a bike if you were skilled but would be slowed down at every creek crossing and definitely get stopped by the deep creek crossing @ 3km at which point you're really close to the Beth Lake Trail anyways for foot travel.
only the first 200m or so is driveable. Bikes are only recommended up to the washout about 500m from the turnoff. Past that it's essentially a singletrack hiking trail.
