Road Bulletins

Previous reports still correct. There's one row of rocks just before the pit, which we were able to bypass on the left in an SUV (the pit itself makes a nice parking area). There's then a second set of rocks which might be possible to bypass, but as per previous reports there's not much point anyway as the road further up isn't passable.

Good condition to the pit at approximately 1.5 km. Large ditches soon after, not much point in going further.

One minor blockade that’s easily driven around
The deactivation ditch at ~1.5km. Not worth it if you’re just hiking anyways
Bridge out at 2.2km
The road is in the same condition as Sean’s last report. An especially good 4x4 could get through the first ditch after the pit, but the bridge is out just a few hundred meters after so there’s no point. Steep section right at the beginning

Recent satelite photo of logging
Tank trap on road, photo doesn't show how deep that ditch is
Used this spur from Rainy River FSR to access Tetrahedron Peak Trail, an SUV or crossover should have no problem making it to my parking spot. Recent logging (finished, for now), road continues for 1.5km after aggressive deactivation ditches to end of cutblock where a short ~50m bushwhack leads to the trail.
