Snow started at ~500m, but you could drive to the gate (as some people did). The road is quite steep beyond that so we parked at ~3km and biked up from there.

Road was open on Monday Labour Day long weekend. There is sign that there are closures Mon to Fri, during regular work hours (forgot the exact times).

Excellent condition, 2wd drivable. Gate unlocked, subject to traffic control.

Just adding on the report below, as there was some uncertainty expressed -- yesterday attempted to go for Mt Habrich, but the road was blocked by some large construction/logging vehicles actively clearing brush. This was at about 7am.

It was blocked very soon after the turn off from Mamquam, so would probably add an extra 4km or so if someone wanted to try to sneak past -- though probably better to just use the gondola or sea to sky trail for nw

Appears that Shannon Creek branch will be largely closed this summer due to powerline construction: https://www.seatoskygondola.com/blog/power-line-project/

We weren't let up on a Friday at 7:30am. The employee indicated they would be working 6 days a week (every day except Sunday). Was not able to get the time of the closures but I imagine you could get in on a weekday if you went really early. Not sure how accurate the information is as it was an EGP worker enforcing the closure, not an actual sea to sky gondola representative

Road closed at the bottom with a large truck blocking access. Monday 1:20 PM. Either active logging or the pipeline construction.

[From JG Kelly] - I was up the fsr today. Shannon creek is in good shape. No snow, minor erosion from the pineapples in one spot.
