The road surface is rocky and loose in places. It is a steep climb, but not overly sketchy. There are some nice view back down to Norrish from under the power lines.

4Low, good tires and decent experience are needed to drive to the pass. Crawling on boulders. Did it in my Taco but I was questioning my sanity after about 1/3 of the way up, but by that time I was already committed.
