Officially open from 8am to 4pm (winter hours) on weekends and holidays according to Mosaic's website (https://www.mosaicforests.com/access).
I arrived at 7:45 am to find the gate wide open. And unlike the gated mainlines, this one doesn't seem to have any means of remote unlocking or the like. No idea of someone proactively goes around and unlocks/locks it or if it's simply left open now.
Doubt there is any active industrial use at the moment because the road has a ton of small cross ditches.
Some new snow starting at 350-400 m, although I expect its gone by now (unless more has fallen).
No evidence that anyone else came up this day.
Gate was still wide open on my return a little before 4pm.
