Road Bulletins
Same condition as reported on Dec 29. Drove through about 5 or 6 waterbars in a Crosstrek wilderness, parked at 750m.
stopped after 6th waterbar - they are annoying.
Snow started around 2km up (840m) anyway.

Road is in good shape but has many water bars, these are straightforward in a high clearance 4x4. I stopped at 1000m where there is still fairly deep spring snow.
[From Caro Coco] - After the turnoff to Conway Peak at the Jones Lake Recreation Reserve, the road get significantly rougher, and wouldn't be passable without a 4x4 high clearance, there are 17 cross-ditches over 2km. The road bed is also quite soft and mushy, so good tires highly recommended. Parking before that part would add an extra 4.75km, 250m to the hike round-trip, so still quite doable
