Easy after the initial bridge, but the last few hundred metres are more overgrown with a couple rougher water bars. good crossover or 4x4 for that last little bit. much more parking before. the point where the road changes is estimated
Unwise to park directly at trailhead, best to park in large open area in last cutblock roughly 100m below - both due to lack of space, and considerable glass / debris remaining from removal of burned out vehicle.
Good condition all the way to the end of the road and bridges are good. No features that would make this difficult in summer. Only difficulty is ice and snow coverage. No vehicles had driven beyond the start of this section of FSR. All parked below second bridge at 4.4 km on Phelix FSR. Vehicles stopped where snow coverage was getting deeper. Others may drive higher based on vehicle, traction, skill, risk tolerance.
