Drove to roughly 1,400m elevation, lost track of all the deadfall I had to chainsaw but I cleared at least 10 trees. I crossed the KM2.5 washout (a creek is seriously eroding the road & the downhill side is falling away) & another more sketchy washout which was maybe at the KM5.75 creek (got the truck on 3 wheels way too close to the eroded edge on the way down!). I called it at ~1,400m at the washout pictured, pretty sure I could've gotten across but decided not worth the risk. Used an old spur just below this instead & bushwhacked up Scarped Peak from there.
