Starts out easy, if very much only one vehicle wide. few cross ditches before the large washout marked as a 4x4 bypass on the map. IMO it isn't that bad, a good crossover can definitely do it. it's deep but gentle, and the climb out is "only steep", boulders are not big, wheels should stay on the ground. The road goes on in similar conditions as before for a kilometre, maybe 2 (hard to remember).
after that, the boulders and ruts get bigger+deeper, respectively. here the best crossovers (bronco sport badlands, compass/cherokee trailhawk/upland) could probably make it with a skilled driver, otherwise I would say proper 4x4 is useful to be able to take it slow and avoid crunching your underbody
Snow starts to cover the road around KM7 but wasn't bad to drive on.
The exit out of the creek at KM8 was wicked slick and I had to winch out in order to get up and over.
I then had to throw on chains to make it up the hill at KM10.
I ended up parking at KM10.5 where the road starts to become more like a creek bed and driving was becoming slower than skinning.
As bad as last year, but no worse. Drove all the way to the end with stock Jeep Rubicon. Once past the washout section, conditions improve somewhat. Do not attempt with SUV or AWD with less than 10 in clearance beyond 1.5km from the broken bridge.
Drove the creek bypass and up to 1140m in a Subaru Forester Wilderness with a very bold driver (not me). So it's possible...
New Borden FSR from Chilliwack Lake Road connects to Borden FSR at 4.8km (780m). Collapsed bridge at 7.5km (~920m). Vehicle bypass on the left of the collapsed bridge. The creek is currently extremely low and barely flowing through the bypass. 2.5km past the bridge there is a 1km stretch of very rough, rutted out road. HC 4x4 recommended from here to avoid damage. Parking at this point is a 2.5km walk to the TH. Road is not passable by vehicles at 11.7km (~1400m) dirt bikes can easily continue. Less than 1km to McGuire summit from final vehicle parking area.
