"2wd in most cases" indeed. no deep water bars (only ones are small and not a clearance challenge), potholes+ruts can be avoided or picked through without damage in a low vehicle. one water crossing of a shallow puddle. snow patches at the top are super soft, and I have now plowed through them so tire tracks should mean they're not meaningful, as the thin snow left will melt fast
I gave it the somewhat degraded because it is an FSR that is slightly beat up but it doesn't have any waterbars or washouts so maybe it should get the good condition rating? May 29th we were able to drive the Honda CRV to the top. Some snow pathes below the towers prevent driving to the very very very top. Pretty much any type of vehicle can drive this road.
